I have just read Graham M. Simons excellent book " It was nice to fly with friends" the history of Air Europe.
A second hand ex library copy on amazon would cost you  over 153.25 gb pounds amazing. I got mine new from the publishers for less than 20 gb pounds. How can that be justified? When the book is still in print and stock.
