 Sèphera Girón is the author of over 15 published books under several names. These range from non-fiction to fiction and encompass her many diverse interests. Sèphera is the current astrologer for the daily horoscopes at Ravenousromance.com. Before that, she wrote the horoscopes for a couple of years at friendfinder.com, adultfriendfinder.com, alt.com and outpersonals.com.
Sèphera graduated from York University in 1985 with a B.A. in Fine Arts Studies and a minor in Psychology. She has also picked up courses in Journalism and English studies from Ryerson, University of Western Ontario, and Fanshawe College. Sèphera holds certificates in the Metaphysical Arts including Tarot Counselling, Reiki, and Touch for Health.
A believer in community involvement, Sephera was chairperson of the local high school parent council for three years, the Canadian Liaison for the Horror Writers Association for fifteen years, a member of the Mississauga Arts Council Membership Committee, and the West Village Residents Committee. Sèphera also is highly involved with community theatre both backstage and onstage and recently became Vice President of Meadowvale Music Theatre. Sèphera’s day job is editorial evaluator and developmental editor for a publishing company. She also reads tarot privately, online, and for events. |
